§ 5 – PROHIBITED CONTENT & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
LABYRINTH may explicitly NOT be used for the following purposes:
- ✗ Storing, distributing, or creating pornographic or sexually explicit content of any kind
- ✗ Content that sexually depicts or endangers minors (CSAM) – leads to automatic criminal complaint
- ✗ Criminal activities: fraud, money laundering, drug trafficking, arms trafficking, extortion
- ✗ Hate speech, extremist content, terrorism, incitement to violence
- ✗ Stalking, bullying, storing stolen or illegally obtained data
- ✗ Any use that harms other people or violates applicable law
In case of violations: Immediate account suspension · Automatic email notification · In case of CSAM/terrorism: Report to authorities (NCMEC CyberTipline) · Civil and criminal consequences
§ 6 – LIABILITY
LABYRINTH assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper use, loss of one's own key/password, or force majeure. The user is solely responsible for the stored content. The app serves as a secure data vault – not legal or financial advice.
§ 7 – CHANGES & TERMINATION
LABYRINTH reserves the right to update these terms of use. In case of significant changes, users will be informed by email and must agree again. Paid subscriptions can be canceled monthly at the end of the month. Free accounts can be deleted at any time without notice.
