§ 1 Scope
These GTC apply to the use of the LABYRINTH SECUREPOINT App and the associated services via www.labyrinth-securepoint-app.com.
§ 2 Services
The App provides encrypted storage, pre-upload scan, AI filter, family profiles, and login services. Functions vary depending on the chosen package (Starter, Basic, Family Package, Business).
§ 3 Billing & Termination
Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time at the end of the month. Prices include statutory VAT.
§ 4 User Obligations
Use for illegal content is strictly prohibited – see zero-tolerance policy. Violations lead to immediate blocking and, if applicable, to legal charges.
§ 5 Liability
The liability regulationapplies. No liability for loss of keys, force majeure, or misuse by third parties.
§ 6 Data Protection
Our privacy policyapplies. Principle: "Data Not Collected" – we do not store telemetry.
§ 7 Final Provisions
Portuguese law applies. Jurisdiction Lisbon (Portugal), to the extent permitted by law.
