Terms of Use
§ 1 – SCOPE
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the LABYRINTH app and all associated services (SECUREPOINT, Expert Council, Login via LABYRINTH). The owner and operator is Eclipsebay, Lda., Avenida da República, n.º 6, 1.º Esq., P-1050-191 Lisbon, Portugal.
§ 2 – APP SERVICES
Secure data storage with end-to-end encryption, AI assistant, virus protection, hacker protection, and optional family sharing including PIN-protected parental control.
§ 3 – REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT
An email address is required. No real name or phone number needed. The account can be deleted at any time – all data will be irrevocably removed within 30 days.
§ 4 – STORAGE & PACKAGES
Kids 2.50€ · Teens 2.50€ · Family 8€ · Pro 8.99€ · Business Start 19.99€ · Business Pro 39.99€ (monthly; annual prices see pricing page). All packages with end-to-end encryption.
§ 5 – ZERO TOLERANCE
In case of violations: immediate account suspension, automatic email notification, in case of CSAM/terrorism report to authorities (NCMEC CyberTipline).
§ 6 – LIABILITY
No liability for damages due to improper use or loss of one's own key. The user is solely responsible for stored content.
